Kava Kava or simply Kava is used as a nervine tonic, sedative and to promote relaxation.
Native cultures use Kava as the Western world uses ale or beer. It has a relaxing effect.  And it promotes the same effect on the musculoskeletal system. Kava not only is used internally but it is also used externally. It has an analgesic and anesthetic affect on the smooth muscles.
